Everything you need to know before the curtain rises on Jamie Allan's Amaze.
Tickets & Orders
To reschedule your tickets, please email customer support at tickets@telecharge.com. Dates and tickets are subject to availability. Requests must be made a minimum of 72 hours prior to your scheduled attendance time.
Please email customer support at tickets@telecharge.com to upgrade your tickets prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot downgrade tickets — and we don't know why you would want to!
Changes of names are not required for entry. The name on the ticket(s) in your order is that of the person who made the purchase and that information suffices for our customer records. Tickets are not checked against ID at the venue, so anyone with access to the tickets can use them.
If you purchased tickets to Jamie Allan's Amaze directly through our website but haven't received them, please visit our Find My Order page.
If you can't find your order, your original order email may have a typo. Email tickets@telecharge.com to have this rectified.

Pricing & Discounts
No children under 5. Children under 5 years old will not be admitted.
Ticket prices are as follows (includes fees):
- PL1 — $199.99
- PL2 — $99.99
- PL3 — $58.99
All tickets are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Ticket prices are subject to change. There are no refunds or exchanges. Upgrades can be done in advance or in person at the box office.

We offer a discount for students. A valid student ID is required. This offer can only be redeemed when purchasing tickets in person at the venue's box office.

Show Policies
No weapons permitted on the premises. No outside food or beverages, electric scooters, e-bikes, or battery-powered transportation devices, except when medically necessary.
All items are subject to inspection. Anything brought into the theatre must fit on your lap or completely under your seat without blocking any aisles. Avoid bringing packages, luggage, and backpacks. Coat check is CASH ONLY and some items must be checked.
Jamie Allan's Amaze reserves the right to amend the above restrictions without notice. If you are unsure about an item, please email tickets@telecharge.com.
This show uses bright and flashing lights, smoke, and haze.
The use of cameras, cell phones, and other recording devices during the show is strictly prohibited by law, except when used for accessibility services.
Accessibility
There are no steps to the box office.
There is an elevator and an escalator in this theatre.
The Orchestra is 2 flights down and the Mezzanine is down 1 flight. There are no steps in the Orchestra. Wheelchair locations in the Orchestra: H2, H4, H15, H18. Transfer locations: D1, F1.
There are 2 steps to Row B in the Mezzanine. There is 1 wheelchair location: A15.
Infrared assisted listening devices and neck induction loop systems (requires t-coil) are available to borrow at the Coat Check. A valid photo ID is required.
All restrooms are wheelchair accessible via the elevator. Restrooms are on the Orchestra and Mezzanine levels. Gender diversity is welcome here — please use the restroom that best fits your identity or expression. Water fountains are located next to the women's restroom on the north side of the orchestra level.
Electric scooters, e-bikes, or battery-powered transportation devices are only permitted when medically necessary.
Wheelchairs are welcomed and there are wheelchair spaces at the venue (no seats in these locations).
Companion Seats — a seat accompanying a Wheelchair or Transfer seat. This seat can only be purchased along with a Wheelchair or Transfer seat.
Service animals are permitted, but please be advised that the volume and visuals may be uncomfortable for animals. For non-traditional service animals, please email tickets@telecharge.com.
Venue & Arrival
The building opens approximately 1 hour prior, and the doors to Stage 5 open approximately 30 minutes before curtain. Performances begin promptly. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management. For entry times, please check your tickets or the ticketing calendar when you click BUY TICKETS. We recommend that you arrive at least 15–30 minutes before the show starts.
The venue for Jamie Allan's Amaze is New World Stages – Stage 5 at 340 West 50th Street, New York, NY 10019.
To ensure guaranteed parking for a show at New World Stages, it's best to reserve a spot in advance, especially during peak times. Several parking garages near the theatre offer valet parking and pre-booked reservations. Popular options include parking at 311 W 50th St, 307 W 50th St, 359 W 49th St, and 851 8th Avenue.
